About FEIERDUN
Why we build FEIERDUN adjustable dumbbells
We started FEIERDUN with one stubborn problem: a home gym full of traditional dumbbells takes over the room. A full rack of fixed pairs from 5 to 50 lbs needs a wall, a stand and a lot of money. Our first adjustable dumbbell set put that whole range of weight into one box that fits under the bed, and our 5-in-1 design went further — the same handle and weight plates become a barbell, a kettlebell and a push-up stand. Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and plates from one weight set: that versatility is the reason FEIERDUN adjustable dumbbells are where so many home gyms begin.
Think of the DS2 as a transformer. Thread the barbell connector between two handles and you have a bar for squats and good mornings, with thick foam so the neck stays protected. Swap to the kettlebell grip for swings, flip the plates into a push-up stand, and the same set gives you an endless workout without buying more equipment. Iron-sand plates stay quiet on the floor, and the locking knobs keep every plate where you set it.
Three families of adjustable weights
Today FEIERDUN adjustable dumbbells come in three families. The DS2 5-in-1 sets run from 20 to 90 lbs and replace four or five separate pieces of equipment. The DB3 in-1 adjustable dumbbell pairs twist between five light loads, 2 to 10 lbs per hand, with a dual-lock mechanism and a comfortable soft grip for toning and Pilates. The DB1 and FDB dial dumbbells change weight with one hand in a second, with 2.5 lb or 5 lb steps, a storage base and a non-slip handle — the fastest way to train supersets at home.
Every design follows the same rule: choose the weight, lock it, lift with confidence. Dial dumbbells adjust only in their base and lock the moment you lift. Plate sets use threaded collars that stay tight through presses and rows. Square DB3 heads stay put on the floor. Small things, but they are why big lifts feel safe in a small room.
Space-saving design for real homes
A pair of FEIERDUN adjustable dumbbells takes the space of one pair of fixed weights, and one base or box replaces a whole rack. That space-saving design matters in apartments, spare bedrooms and one-car garages, where every square foot of floor is shared with life. When the workout is done, the set goes back in its base or under the bed and the room is a room again.
Pros we hear from people who train with us: more strength training per dollar, quick changes between exercises, and pairs that grow with them from the first year to the fifth. The trade-off is honest too — a dial dumbbell is a little longer than a hex dumbbell, and plate sets take a minute to change.
From dumbbells to a full home gym
A dumbbell set is where most home gyms begin, but rarely where they end. That is why we also make color Olympic bumper plates and bars rated to 1900 lbs, a chest press with spotter arms, a power cage with a cable crossover, leg extension and leg press machines, a hip thrust station, a stair stepper, a rower, a vibration plate and a massage gun for recovery.
Each station is sized for real homes and backed by our support team, with a 3-year warranty (FEIERDUN Care+) on our DS2 and DB1 dumbbells and year warranty coverage on many machines. Join FEIERDUN, stay consistent, train in the space you already have, and enjoy fitness every day without the commute.
