Product overview

The DB3 started as our answer to a bookshelf full of mismatched hand weights. One compact square dumbbell gives you five loads — 2 to 6 lb per hand on the lighter pair, 2 to 10 lb on the stronger one — and you change between them with a one-second twist. Toning, Pilates, rehab work and walking intervals all fit inside the same pair.

Five loads in one pair

The 6 lb pair steps 2-3-4-5-6 lb; the 10 lb pair steps 2-4-6-8-10 lb, so progression is built in.

Square, non-rolling body

Flat sides stop the dumbbells from rolling and double as stable handles for push-ups.

Twist, click, train

A 45° turn and a second lock keep every plate in place during curls, raises and pulses.

Why we built the DB3 5-in-1 Hand Weights

We gave it a dual-lock mechanism so the plates do not shift when you move fast, a 4.5-inch soft TPU handle with raised dots for sweaty palms, and a square body that will not roll across the floor. It stores in under 0.2 square feet. Choose Cute Pink, Mint Blue, Vivid Purple or Strength Grey and keep it next to the yoga mat where you will actually use it.

These actually work great the quality is amazing. I was shocked when I receive these. The grip on it is good. It works very good. I love the color because it matches my room which is a light blue. The way options is crazy. I haven’t even reached 10 pounds yet and I love how I have the option For different weights. The size is great. It doesn’t take up too much space of the width of the item and it is a great workout. Definitely a five star purchase happy with this product.

Great.

Gets a little bulky when you add the maximum weight, but this is exactly what I needed. It's so easy to add on or remove weights mid-workout. Color is fine. Material is soft and the grip is fine. Seems well made and great value for what I paid.

If you need some good adjustable weights I highly recommend these. They're sturdy and easy to adjust. As far as quality weights go these are a great price and have held up to heavy use and several drops.

Very simple!

Just what I needed as I started my strength training journey. I love how easy it was to add or remove the desired weight as needed in one unit and I didn’t need multiple weights. As I get stronger I will order the next series of weights from this brand.
