The bench press is the lift people most often skip at home, because there is no one to spot the last rep. Our 3-grip chest press has two built-in spotter arms and independent pressing arms rated to 1,250 lb in total; the SO2 uses converging arms with four resistance profiles for a deeper chest contraction. Both fold or convert to save space.
When to choose a power cage
If you squat and bench with a barbell, the FLA01 power cage gives you safety bars, a 2,000 lb frame and a cable crossover with 16 pulley heights in one footprint — lat pulldowns, rows, flys and pushdowns included. Add our bumper plates and a 7 ft bar and the cage becomes the center of the room.
Questions about chest press & power racks
