Deep Squat Glute Trainer

Dumbbells and a barbell cover squats and lunges, but some leg work needs a machine. Leg extensions isolate the quads, leg curls the hamstrings, and the leg press lets you push heavy weight with the back supported. Our 4-in-1 leg extension and curl machine adds hip thrusts and calf raises on the same frame.
Leg press and hack squat in one sled
The 2-in-1 leg press and hack squat comes in two builds: the roller edition with 38 inches of travel, quiet POM rollers and an ATG wedge, and the more compact stainless rail edition with 36 inches of travel and three footplate angles. Both are plate-loaded and protect solo training with lockouts and safety stops.
Glute training stations
For glutes, the HT1 hip thrust machine replaces a barbell and bench with a padded support bar and seven band levels from 40 to 160 lb, and the deep squat trainer guides a joint-friendly squat with four resistance bands.
Questions about leg & glute machines
Which leg machine should I buy first?
If you train with dumbbells already, a leg extension and curl machine fills the biggest gap. If you want heavy pressing, go for the leg press and hack squat.
Do the leg machines take Olympic plates?
Yes, the plate-loaded machines fit 2-inch plates with the included adapters, and many also take 1-inch plates.
