The DB1 QuickDial is what we built for people who train in supersets and drop sets and hate waiting. Turn one dial with one hand and the dumbbell picks up anything from 5 to 52.5 lb in a second — 2.5 lb steps up to 25 lb for shoulders and arms, then 5 lb steps up to 52.5 lb for rows, presses and lunges. Fifteen weights, two handles, one small base.

2.5 lb steps in the light zone, 5 lb steps in the heavy zone — fine control where you need it most.

Single-hand rotary selection keeps rest periods short and muscles warm.

Storage cradle, portable strap and a library of 100+ workouts come with the pair.
Inside is a synthetic steel core with triple-layer locking discs that we cycled more than 50,000 times before release, so there is no wobble on a hard row. The pair ships with a sturdy storage base and a carry strap, slides under a bed or into a closet, and includes access to more than 100 guided workouts in the FED Fitness app at no extra cost.

Just love love love these weights. I went back and fourth on going with a name brand or a lower cost alternative. I have had zero issues with sticking, adjusting, and they are a great size for storage. I like then design isn’t round so it doesn’t slide away from me during my workouts.
Juston Lang · September 18, 2026After figuring out how to use it properly, it works as described. Very convenient and high-quality item.
TEKSPECTRUM · August 13, 2026enjoy using these wieghts. A bit bulky but a great deal in my opinion. 2-50 lb weights can cost 50 bucks a piece. This gives you a whole set for 300 bucks.
Magnetar Imaging · August 4, 2026I’ve been very happy with this adjustable dumbbell set. The weight changes are quick and easy, the handles have a comfortable grip, and it saves a ton of space compared to having multiple dumbbells. The best part? No more tripping over a pile of weights in the corner. My workout area is finally organized, and my toes are grateful too. Great value for a home gym!
Lito Averion · August 2, 2026About a second: set the dumbbell in the base, turn the dial, lift. The plates you left behind stay locked in the cradle.
Set it down rather than dropping it. Like every dial dumbbell, the selector lasts longest when it is placed back in the base.
