Total set weight: 45 lb set
The DS2 is the set we point people to when the question is “where do I even start?” Out of one box you build a pair of adjustable dumbbells, slide the foam-wrapped connector between them for a barbell, swap a handle for kettlebell grips, or flip the plates over and use them as push-up stands. Five tools, one footprint, and nothing left to buy separately before your first workout.

Dumbbell pair, barbell, kettlebell, push-up stand and loose plates — the connector turns two handles into a bar in under a minute.

A 15 mm high-density sleeve over a 5 mm steel core keeps the bar off your neck for back squats and good mornings.

Multi-turn threaded collars lock the plates for swings, snatches and overhead work, so the load stays where you set it.
Every plate is molded around high-density iron sand rather than loose river sand, so there is no rattle and no dust after a few hundred reps. The threaded knobs spin down tight and stay there through swings and presses. Pick the 20 lb set if you are just getting moving, the 45 lb set for a balanced all-round start, or the 70 and 90 lb sets when your squats and rows are already asking for more.

These are awesome! Easy to use, great quality, and so versatile. We were looking for something that didn't take up a ton of space, so being able to use these in many different forms is perfect. They are easy to hold, and have soft edges so you don't need to worry about harming your floors/surfaces. Totally work the money for a good at home workout.
Prime & Prejudice · September 23, 20263 years in and this kit is still holding up! I love how versatile this kit is, the weights are great, and even though I've lost a few pieces throughout the years, I can still use it no problem. I should warn future users, however, you can (and probably will) pinch your skin from time to time between the piece when adjusting the weight. :,)
Sarah · October 9, 2026This product meets my needs and the quality is good. I like the PE coating of the iron. It feels smooth and comfortable. Price is very friendly which was under $100 when I got it. Grips are anti-slip which is good. Come-in package is well wrapped and stripped and the box is undamaged. The only thing I hope is if they can sell accessories separately or include more in the box. For example, it comes with 4 kettlebell handles. But only one kettlebell rod. It would be great to come in a pair. Also, I need more fix nuts. I don’t want to assemble/ disassemble every time I exercise. It’s even better if they sell rack for storage. I will definitely get one.
Chen-Ting Kao · July 7, 2026The order was received on time and was as advertised. The equipment could be used for a variety of exercises.
Wayne · August 25, 2026Yes. Thread both handles into the padded connector and load the plates on the ends — the 45 lb set builds a bar of up to 45 lb, the 90 lb set up to 91 lb.
Most people starting out are happy with the 30 or 45 lb set: light enough for curls and presses, heavy enough to grow into goblet squats and rows.
