The SC3 is a revolving staircase for the home — the same moving-step design you queue for at a busy gym. Every step pushes against gravity, so the glutes, hamstrings and calves work while the heart rate climbs, and there is no pounding like a run on concrete.

Revolving steps mimic a staircase for cardio plus leg strength.

From 24 to 164 steps per minute, preset or targeted.

Pedals lock on power-up and release only when you press start.
Fifteen speed levels rise in 10-step increments from a gentle 24 to a fierce 164 steps per minute, with eight preset programs and four targeted ones. The LED console shows time, steps, height, calories, pulse and steps per minute. Pedals lock automatically at power-up and release on start, the frame holds 660 lb, and it arrives about 90% assembled. Plan for a ceiling of around 8.5 ft.
