The SO2 is our take on the converging press you find in commercial gyms. As you push, the arms travel inward, the way a pair of dumbbells meets over your chest, and the squeeze at the top is noticeably deeper than a straight-line press. Two handle grips let you lean the work toward the upper or lower chest.

Shift the challenge to the start, middle or end of the press.

Fold the arms away for shoulder presses, curls and rows on a 0–85° bench.
Its loading arm offers four resistance profiles, so you can move the hardest point of the rep to the start, the middle or the lockout. The frame weighs 110 lb, uses 2×2-inch tubing with 2×3-inch rear supports in 2 mm steel, and carries up to 400 lb. Fold the arms up and the bench works on its own from flat to 85° for dumbbell work.
